We made several posters for the event. They were funny, but I felt that making posters for something with already such a unique subject matter was perhaps too easy. 

After a bit of thought, I thought it would be funny to create a straightforward poster. No clever headline, just a simple image of one of the taxidermied creatures in the exhibit. The image I chose was a half crow, half cat. The idea was to place this poster in areas where people tend to post up flyers. We then created two faux flyers, one for a missing pet bird and one for a missing cat. The flyers were strategically placed close to our poster and allowed for the person viewing the poster to connect the dots. Each flyer had a different phone number that could be called, should anyone know the whereabouts of the missing animals. When the numbers were called, a voicemail message let people in on the joke and promoted the show.
